Our New Officer Assist

Today we are excited to welcome Sápi, our new Officer Assit, who brings 15 years of recruitment knowledge to the table. His background as a guild master and officer in previous communities makes him a valuable addition to our team.

Sapi’s Journey in Recruitment

Sapi’s recruitment experience spans over a decade and a half, a period during which he has honed his skills in identifying talent, building strong teams, and fostering community growth. His roles have often involved leadership positions such as Guild Master (GM) or officer, where recruitment was a core responsibility.

This extensive background means Sapi understands the nuances of recruitment beyond just filling spots. He knows how to:

• Evaluate candidates for both skill and cultural fit

• Manage recruitment processes efficiently

• Maintain engagement with potential and current members
