Canage Inc formed in 2009 and lead by the same Guild Leaders throughout, is a semi-hardcore, laid-back, mature group of players who value a friendly atmosphere, progression and minimal drama. Our goal each tier is to achieve Cutting Edge and have fun doing it. We also run Mythic+, PvP, and other social events. We have grown dramatically the past 16 years, yet held onto our values and social aspect often lost in large progression raiding guilds. The overwhelming sense of community spirit is what makes Carnage 'home' for so many of us!

Alongside our core of dedicated and skilled raiders and social members we have a committed and loyal leadership team who go above and beyond for all guild members on a daily basis. It is this core of members that has empowered us to achieve our goals and ensures that we remain a strong, solid guild community for the future.

Raid Schedule:

Wednesday, Thursday and Monday's - 20:00 - 23:00 Server Time

(Optional off-nights for alt runs) After two tiers with a reduced schedule of 2 days and 6 hours, we recognized that this format limited our progress toward earning Cutting Edge which was massively disappointing, having time against us and Fyrakk at a mere 8%

Returning to a 3-day schedule enabled us to allocate more time towards reaching Cutting Edge.

Moreover, the guild has a legacy of almost every 25-man Heroic achievement prior to Cutting Edge being implemented in Mists of Pandaria. These milestones reflect our dedication to end-game raiding.

Preparing for Success Outside Raid Hours

Carnage Inc sets itself apart with a strong commitment to pre-raid preparation. Leadership invests significant time outside of raids.

For each new raid tier, dedicated channels are populated in Discord for all bosses, incorporating tools like MRT cooldown assignments, WeakAuras, various vods and resources. This level of preparation is essential as it allows members to concentrate on gameplay, confident in their access to resources and information prior to raid and not eating into precious raid hours.

Post-Raid Analysis: Learning and Growing

The journey doesn’t culminate with the end of a raid night. After each progress raid, the leadership team generates a raid de-brief, reviewing and analyzing Warcraftlogs using tools like Wow Analyzer. This practice is vital for providing feedback, fostering a culture of continuous improvement among our raiders.

Our raiders are also encouraged to utilize tools like the Wow-Audit spreadsheet, not just for personal growth but the guild’s overall success.

Expectations

Preparation: Come to raids fully prepared with knowledge of boss encounters, flasks, food, and enchants.
Attendance: Maintain high attendance for main raid nights.
Attitude: A positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to take constructive criticism are essential. We wipe; it's part of progression.
