Meet the Leadership Team
A new Leadership section is now live on the Carnage Inc website.
Carnage Inc has never just been about raid bosses, rankings and progression. Behind every raid night, guild event, questionable strategy call and “one more pull” is a team of people helping keep the whole thing moving.
Our brand-new Guild Leadership section puts the spotlight on the people behind Carnage.
From the Guild Masters and Raid Leadership to the Officers helping manage the day-to-day running of the guild, you can now get to know the team properly — who they are, what they play, what they do within Carnage and a little bit about the person behind the character.
17 Years of Leadership
Carnage Inc was founded back in 2009, and while an awful lot has changed since then, the heart of the guild hasn't.
Shell and Tapps have led Carnage from day one, supported throughout the years by Officers who have given their time, energy and occasionally their sanity to help make Carnage what it is today.
The new Leadership page isn't simply a list of names and ranks. We've created individual Leadership Spotlights, giving our leaders somewhere to tell their own stories — from their history with World of Warcraft and Carnage to the classes they love, their favourite memories and what keeps them logging in.
Some answers are serious.
Some are definitely not.
Which, if you know Carnage, feels about right.
More Than a Raid Team
Running a guild like Carnage takes a lot more than turning up three nights a week and killing bosses.
There are raids to organise, recruitment to manage, logs to analyse, Discords and websites to maintain, guild events to plan, people to support and approximately 4,827 different things happening behind the scenes at any given moment.
Our Leadership Team helps make all of that possible while protecting the thing that has always mattered most to us:
The community.
Take the raiding seriously.
Never take ourselves too seriously.
Meet the Team
Head over to the new Guild Leadership section and meet the people currently helping steer Carnage Inc through its latest chapter.
And keep an eye on the website — we'll be continuing to expand our Leadership Spotlights, with plenty more stories from behind the characters still to come.
Carnage for Life. ❤️
